Alexandre has wide experience in Brazilian taxation and their influence in corporate matters and M&A. He stands out for his vast knowledge in international taxation and transfer pricing applied to complex domestic tax issues.
He graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), in 1992; holds an LL.M in International Taxation from the University of Leiden, in The Netherlands, 2002; specialized in Finance and International Business at New York University, 1998; and obtained a post-graduate degree in International Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation’s EAESP, 2001. He is currently Chairman of the AMCHAM São Paulo taxation committee, and teacher of international tax and transfer pricing at FIPECAFI, FGV and the Brazilian Tax Law Institute (IBDT).
